Acceptable Use Policy

Sussed believes in the free and open exchange of ideas, and in giving fashion brands, designers, manufacturers, and creative professionals powerful tools to build their businesses. To maintain a safe and trustworthy platform for our customers and their collaborators, certain activities are expressly prohibited. The activities described below are forbidden on the Sussed platform (including the web application, AI generation services, and all related APIs and integrations).

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) supplements, and is incorporated into, the Sussed Terms of Service (“Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms govern.

Prohibited content and conduct

1. Child exploitation

You may not use the Sussed platform to generate, upload, host, or distribute content that exploits or abuses children. This includes, without limitation, depictions of child abuse, sexualized depictions of minors, and AI-generated material that depicts minors in a sexual or sexualized manner.

2. Illegal activities

You may not use the Sussed platform to offer goods or services, or to host or generate content, that violates the laws of any jurisdiction in which you operate, in which you do business, or in which the activity takes place.

3. Hateful content

You may not use the Sussed platform to offer goods or services, or to host or generate content, that promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, veteran status, or other protected characteristics.

4. Harassment, abuse, defamation, bullying, and threats

You may not use any Sussed communication channel — including support requests, sales enquiries, or any other channel we provide for contact with Sussed staff — to harass, abuse, defame, bully, or threaten any specific individual, or to incite others to do so.

5. Self-harm

You may not use the Sussed platform to offer goods or services, or to host or generate content, that promotes self-harm.

6. Personal, confidential, and protected information

You may not use the Sussed platform to host, generate, or transmit content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, sensitive health information, or confidential information (such as credit card numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or account passwords) unless you have express written consent from the person to whom the information belongs, or are otherwise authorized by law.

7. Intellectual property

You may not use the Sussed platform to offer goods or services, or to upload, generate, or distribute materials, that infringe the copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights of others. This includes using AI generation features to reproduce protected designs, logos, or branded products without authorization, and submitting designs you do not have the right to manufacture into sampling, quoting, or production workflows. This section is in addition to the User Data and Design restrictions set out in Section 3.5 of the Terms.

8. Terrorist organizations

You may not use the Sussed platform to offer goods or services, or to host or generate content, that supports the funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.

9. Adult content and services

Sussed is a platform for the fashion industry and is not intended for adult content. You may not use the Sussed platform to host, generate, or distribute (i) pornography or other content depicting nudity or explicit sexual acts, or (ii) content that relates to adult services, including without limitation prostitution, escort services, pay-per-view pornography, sexual massages, or adult live chat. Tasteful figure references used in the ordinary course of fashion illustration (for example, anatomical references for garment fit) are not prohibited by this section, but remain subject to the rest of this Policy.

AI generation

10. Misuse of AI generation tools

When using Sussed’s AI generation features, you may not:

• Generate images depicting identifiable real people without their consent (“deepfakes”), including for the purpose of impersonation, defamation, or non-consensual sexualized imagery;
• Generate counterfeit goods, knock-offs, or designs intended to pass off as the protected designs or branding of another party;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent safety filters, content classifiers, or rate limits applied by Sussed or its upstream model providers;
• Use generated outputs in ways that would violate any other section of this Policy.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you choose to use, share, send to manufacturing partners, or sell. Use of AI generation features is also subject to the terms of the underlying AI Services referenced in Section 1.4 of the Terms, and to the AI Services disclaimer in Section 8.3 of the Terms.

Platform integrity

11. Automated access

Automated extraction of data from the Sussed platform — including scraping, crawling, or other automated means — falls outside the scope of access granted under the Terms (see Sections 6.5(b) and 6.5(e)) and is not permitted, except through APIs that Sussed provides for that purpose and in accordance with their documented terms.

Sussed may modify this Policy at any time by posting an updated version with a revised “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Sussed platform after a revised version has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version.
